   PART 1: RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Saqib Mobile Shop, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We deal exclusively in PTA-approved, pin-pack (seal-packed) mobile phones and accessories, delivered across all of Pakistan with free shipping. This Return & Exchange Policy has been designed to protect your rights while maintaining fair business standards.

Days are counted from the date the product is received by the customer, as verified through our courier partner’s delivery confirmation.

3. Conditions for Return or Exchange

3.1 Eligible Conditions

A return or exchange request will be accepted if:

  • The product received is different from what was ordered (wrong model, color, or variant).
  • The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect present at the time of delivery.
  • The product arrives physically damaged due to mishandling during shipping.
  • The product is completely non-functional upon first use (Dead on Arrival / DOA).
  • The product seal is found broken at the time of delivery (for sealed products).

3.2 Non-Eligible Conditions

Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted if:

  • The return window (as stated above) has expired.
  • The product has been physically damaged by the customer after delivery (cracks, water damage, scratches).
  • The IMEI number or serial sticker has been tampered with or removed.
  • The original packaging, box, accessories, and documentation are not returned with the phone.
  • The device has been repaired, flashed, rooted, or modified by a third party.
  • The issue is caused by software installed by the customer or due to misuse.
  • Normal wear and tear over time.
  • Customer simply changed their mind after opening the product.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  • Step 1: Contact us within the eligible return window via WhatsApp (+92 309 6971000 or +92 347 6091430) or call our support line.
  • Step 2: Share your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or a video showing the defect or damage.
  • Step 3: Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours and provide a decision.
  • Step 4: If approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address or provide instructions for sending the item back.
  • Step 5: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, the exchange or refund will be processed.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued in the following situations:

  • The ordered product is out of stock and no alternative is available.
  • A return has been approved and no suitable exchange item is available.
  • The product has been confirmed DOA (Dead on Arrival) and cannot be repaired or replaced.

5.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the purchase. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or direct bank transfer. Please provide your account details when requesting a refund.

5.3 Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

6. Shipping & Delivery for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), Saqib Mobile Shop will bear all return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for any other approved reason, shipping charges for sending the item back may be the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking when sending items back. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
  • All returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

7. Warranty

All mobile phones sold at Saqib Mobile Shop are PTA approved and pin-packed (sealed). Manufacturer warranty applies as per the respective brand’s policy in Pakistan. Warranty claims for manufacturing defects beyond our return/exchange window must be directed to the brand’s official service center.

 

Note: Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or damage caused by unauthorized repair. Always keep your purchase receipt as proof for warranty claims.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or call if you wish to cancel.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery as per our return policy.
  • For prepaid orders that are cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.
